  • Do you have a minimum order?
    For 2024 onwards our minimum order is £1000. We normally style your whole day and create all your wedding flowers so this is usually no problem.
  • Do you do DIY hire?
    Unfortunately this is something we are unable to offer due to the amount of time people usually need to hire the items.
  • Do you work with other florists?
    We style your whole day and create all your flowers so all the designs are cohesive.
  • Do you do weddings without creating the flowers?
    We would prefer to be creating your wedding flowers as most of our team are highly talented and experienced florists.
  • Do you have a showroom or shop?
    We have a beautiful barn where we work from in Gawsworth, Cheshire with a showroom that has most things on display. Any viewings are by appointment only so please get in touch via our contact us form if you'd like to come and have a look around and talk about your flowers and styling ideas. Consultations are strictly by prior arrangement only.
  • Can I come for a consultation?
    Of course. We'd love to chat to you about your wedding plans, flowers and decoration ideas. Please use our contact form to get the ball rolling!
  • What days do you do consultations?
    As you can imagine Saturday appointments are rare because we are out working our magic at wedding venues so we try and do consultations in the week, ideally Tuesdays to Thursdays. If you can't make it in during the daytime, we often do appointments in the evening. We are equally happy to work over email and often have clients who live abroad so don't worry if you can't make it in. Please note we are closed on Mondays.
  • What happens on the day? How long do you stay?
    We arrive bright and early to get everything set up in good time and we do not leave until everything is in place and every candle is lit ready for your wedding breakfast. We will deliver your bridal party flowers to your rooms approximately an hour before your ceremony because your room is usually warmer than the flowers would like! We will endeavour to pin the buttonholes on the guys, distribute corsages and make sure everyone has what they need. We usually stay and turn your room around so that you can re-use all your wedding ceremony flowers and decorations for your reception. One of our favourite things is showing you how your reception looks and seeing your beaming face!!
  • Do you charge for delivery, collection and set up?
    We do charge a small amount for our time delivering, setting up and looking after your flowers and decorations all day and then collecting the next morning, which often takes longer than you'd expect to take down and clear away. We also have to factor in costs incurred using our vans. The final amount will depend on your final order and is always itemised on your quote.
  • What deposit do you take and when would the balance be due?
    We normally take a non-refundable deposit of between 30% and 50% based on a rough list of what you'd like and the balance is due a month before your wedding. Over the time of your booking you are welcome to up date it whenever you want or come in for a catch up and we can update it together. We will just adjust your balance as necessary.
  • I've got a fixed budget, does that matter?"
    Not at all! Honestly feel free to let us know what it is and we will make the most of it! We do have a minimum order of £750 but that usually isn't a problem when we are decorating your whole day.
